I have been working at Physicians Regional Healthcare full-time (More than a year)
Caring healthcare providers who actually love providing healthcare, from physicians to administrative staff.
Senior management will take credit where they can, and avoid accountability everywhere else. Annual employee surveys consistently show that staff does not trust leadership, and many physicians have left due to inability to work with the executive leadership.
Advice to Management
The best people are leaving for facilities that care as much for the staff as they do for the patients they help, while the ones with less ambition remain behind. Perhaps if leadership actually cared for their staff then PRHS would become the healthcare provider of choice.
