    I have been working at Picarro full-time for more than 5 years


    Technology is best available. Picarro can and should become an even bigger player in environmental and compliance monitoring
    Intellectual problem solvers, strong work ethic, market upside is there. Lots of fantastic customers and applications


    Overall teamwork needs to improve, expectations are often set too high - then associates are either overworked or demoralized, There are some in positions that are either over their head, not taking ownership or think they know it all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure Customer Service and technical support gets better resourced and gets the attention it deserves. Balance the power and make sure no one individual can call too many shots. Strive to work better as a real TEAM and eliminate those who are not focused on creating an environment where the "best team wins". HR needs to step up and Finance needs to back off. Not sure how the new CEO will work out, yet his credentials are impressive
