    I worked at Pillar Hotels and Resorts (less than an year)


    There are no pros with Pillar. Just so much wrongdoing by management.


    Pillar has to be the most dysfunctional place I've ever worked. The management turnover is rampant. Please don't go to HR because it's a waste of time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Start treating employees fairly and hire those that are legal. Start using E-verify. Start listening to your employees when they tell you of the mistreatment from management.
