Great Support from my upper management, Friendly, always willing to help and answer questions, on-top of what needs to be completed, value their employees, are always doing the right thing for their employees. Allow us to manage our properties to ensure that guest are taken care of, with out interruption.
Get transitions down, mine was so horrible it happened in the middle of summer with shots coming from both directions on needs for the company. Four weeks after the transition is when I actually received three short days of quick training and then four days at another property another month later. Just a little confusing and hectic. Task Force Support is a joke and they come in and tell you that everything is wrong and that if you don't scratch their back they will write a bad review even though they can clearly see you are down four management positions. Task force should be made up of Management that know what they are talking about. They preach their four Pillars but only a few of the GM's and upper management truly practice them. Trust me when I say do not be friends with any GM outside this company or you will be shunned.
Advice to Management
Change the task force manager program, pull from experienced people not people who just fit the description. Don't exhausted your people to the point of quitting and then ask them what more can they give to you.
