I have been working at Pillar Technology Group full-time (more than an year)

Smart people, nice facilities in Columbus, focused on Agile/Scrum, good benefits

100% travel, dreadful recruiting, seems like 1 out of 3 employees is the "Chief" something - Chief Delivery Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Cadence Officer, Chief Education Officer, etc. in a company with about 80 employees, unwilling to make decisions - wait for you to force them to decide about almost everything, few dedicated sales people - so few new clients. Basically, this is a 24x7 job with no regard for work/life balance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus - stop with the flavor of the week ideas. Deliver - recruit and fill your open positions. Retain - keep the good people you have on staff. And above all, tone Bob down - showing up at the client waving a $80,000 bracelet, talking about his private plane, his 3 vacations this months, etc. isn't helpful when you've just been told you can't go to a $1,500 class

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
