    Former Employee - Advisor

I worked at PinnacleCare International full-time (more than 3 years)

    Great camaraderie among health advisiors
    Ability to work from home
Opportunity to help ill people and positively impact their lives

    Toxic upper management
Brain washing to have every piece of email and research reviewed and nit picked for no apparent reason
No room for advancement ( despite what is promised)
The requirement to be perfect in every way, every day. Advisors are expected to answer all client communications 24/7. You will be told this is not necessary, but your performance evaluation will be poor if you do not adopt the company "culture."
    Great chance of burnout

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the CEO. Everyone who has ever worked with him in the NYC office has left the company and for excellent reasons. Eliminate the fake "we are family" when employees are docked for legitimate medical appointments.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
