I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time (more than an year)

they have good benefits. all of their jobs are inside. it is very easy to work their. they will hire anybody that comes to their door.

the company does not care about you at all. the way that they do things are all backwards. what would seem like the right thing to do, to them is not. the management is all about them selves. they do not care about the people below them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would like to see them take a little bit more time to take care of their people. also to make Shure that you are picking the right people for the job. the last thing, is that you need to have a better set up for work/ life balance.
