    Pros

Free breakfast and once a week lunch.
Good snacks, ping pong table etc.
    Nice office.
    Espresso machine.

    Cons

-Its a top heavy organization it sucks to be an entry or mid level
-The product strategy is always up in the air, it changes every few months or so.
    -Its a very opaque organization.
-The attrition rate is very high, the laid off a bunch of people and now everyone wants out.
-The benefits are not good enough to retain top talent.
-Lack of growth opportunities for existing employees.

    Advice to Management

You are sleeping at the wheel. Watch your engineering talent getting snapped up by much better companies in the valley or elsewhere.
