    I worked at Pixar

Fun atmosphere, tremendous satisfaction in what the company does. Great benefits, and lots of opportunities for growth. The company even offers art classes, like drawing and sculpture. These classes are made available to all employees, not just those that could use the skills in their job description.

Large company feel, unlike when I started. Some departments are less fun than others, and certain departments really aren't run very well. This, I'm sure, is typical of most companies of this size.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do more things than just movie production. In the old days, Pixar did more things, including game development, software publishing, and t v commercial production. Now that they mostly do just feature film production, it's not as fun a place to work.
