I have been working at Pizza Hut full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Little to no difficulty (though hectic dinner rushes will make you insane), decent pay for the job (tips are a bonus), sometimes you can get free food. There is the potential for advancement, but it's not really easy to get your foot in that door. Schedules can be pretty flexible.

    Cons

Non-salary management is overworked and under-compensated and you have to wait a year before you can get any sort of benefits, provided you have enough worked hours, and even then it's hard to afford them on the low hourly wage. Having to pick up other people's slack because of their limited hours gets real old, real quick.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve the training website; training on it can be very arduous because it is entirely too slow. Offer better compensation to shift managers; the RGM is the brains, the cooks and servers are the hands and feet, and we are the backbone.
