    I worked at Plan International full-time for more than 5 years


    Current CEO, Tessie San Martin wonderful business leader and visionary. Changing the Organization name from Plan USA to Plan International USA. The development of DC office.


    Management - Executive Team and Directors - some not all lack critical expertise in the positions they hold which effects employee loyalty,moral, and trust. Moral for the DC office on the decline after such high hopes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Develop a clear culture, hold manager accountable, assess their skill sets and performance better before giving them 5% pay increases blindly and lowering pay increases for the true performers.
