I worked at Platinum Supplemental Insurance

    Pros

    everyone at platinum was nice.

    Cons

They share no expense, Hotel, gas, and food will cost you about 500 a week. they never let you know this before you start. They also will rush you to take the exam. It cost me 75 a test. The first 2 times I knew I wasn't ready, but they tell you your ready, and to go take it. it took me 200 study hours to pass. They also tell you, you will work 4, 10 hour days. My first day was 16 hours, didn't get back to motel till 11 at night. They will also encourage you to knock on doors after dark. If you knock on doors after dark where I'm from, you might get shot. The trainer also pissed customers off and we were asked to leave on 3 different occasions, and I thought this was very unprofessional.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should tell your directors to not hide all the out of pocket expenses an agent is going to occur. They wasted a lot of my time, and money. This put me in a financial rut. Thank you Platinum directors!
