    I have been working at PointClickCare full-time (more than an year)


    The culture is awesome here. Not just because of all the perks that people list on here about working at PCC. Employee ideas actually get implemented here, and all of the business units work well together. I think they hire smart people that fit with the culture. If you're smart and personable then it's the place to be. If you're a jerk then don't apply!!


    The IT infrastructure needs to keep pace with the company growth.

    Don't get too big too fast. Grow at a steady pace so you don't lose control over the culture.
