I worked at Pointmarc full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Smart and talented workers. Really great name clients so great place to get your feet wet in this new field.

    Cons

No work life balance and tend to be very cliquish. Except for the analysts and PMs, most of the guys have big egos and are always talking trash about their clients. The leadership talks on and on about how they led the company to a great success or talk forever about essentially nothing. Small company so if you want to move up, it means leaving the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I understand you're still learning but changing company structure every several months and focusing on performance review on top of our regular work is ridiculous for the company this size.
