Okay company. Not clear whether it is a services or product company.

    Pros

    1. Good presence in banking products and services.
    2. Work life balance is reasonably okay.

    Cons

    1. Too much politics.
    2. The CEO seems to be far removed from day to day management that is run by independent CEOs.
    3. Presence in insurance limited compared to other services and product companies.
    4. Staff functions like HR seem to have no say in the company. They have no means to check high handedness by managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

First clarify the goal and vision of the company. And then walk the talk.
