I worked at Polyclinic full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great work-life balance for anyone not in a leadership role. Time off is competitive and pay is ok. Coworkers are all awesome which is one of the major pros.

    Cons

Management is unreachable 90% of the time. Within the first year of working there they cut benefits severely mostly in the health care benefits which makes no sense working for a healthcare provider you would think they would value that. They have this crazy rule about being medically trained in order to become management which leads to people that should never be leaders and have absolutely no business sense being in charge of entire departments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to be a profitable business hire managers with actual management experience.
