I have been working at Polycom full-time

there are some brilliant people at Polycom with the ability to make a difference both internally and with Polycom customers.

I've been an employee for over 5 years. The pace at Polycom is unlike anything I've experienced in my career. Once upon a time there was a bright future for Polycom, so working 24x7 was worth the effort. Bonuses, raises and options we given to those that moved the needle. That's no longer the case. Now we are working even harder, we are watching our stock tank, and leaders have forget to even say thank you (other than in canned statements that mean nothing). There was a time that I loved working at Polycom. its not longer a place I'd recommend to those that ask.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with more respect. Stop working people to the bone and then taking away their compensation benefits. You have a serious moral issue on your hands. Its time to start paying attention.
