    I have been working at Pomeroy IT as a contractor (more than 3 years)


    Good company values and comparable benefits available to the employees of the company. The 401k benefits and HSA are handy to have.


    Not much opportunity for advancement, other than being encouraged to move to other contracts, so the management of the contract you're currently on can replace you with someone making less money and, therefore, make themselves look like they are being more profitable than they really are.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Offer parental leave for both mothers and fathers, when a child is born. that is unfair to anyone who has a child with special care needs and can't afford to hire a nanny or take the child to day care.
