I worked at Post Foods full-time (more than 3 years)

A lot of talented hard working people work in the home office. Learned a lot while working here and had great co-workers. Pay and benefits were OK but like most companies now they were getting worse.

Everyone is afraid they will get fired, poor management at the top, micro management is the norm, politics at home office. Poor raises and bonuses. Sales, marketing and finance in a continuous state of flux. Pressure from St. Louis Executive team toxic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees, listen to your customers, stop micromanaging
