I worked at Precise full-time (more than 3 years)

    -Work/life balance was good
    -Departmental colleagues were nice
-Great office following move to Broadgate

-Money was poor, minimal payrises even on promotion
-Little chance of progression within your own department as there is no expansion. Can only move up when someone moves out
    -No real mixing between departments
-No flexibility for those who are not senior (working from home etc)
-Top staff are not 'visible' to those lower down the ranks. Only really see them at the yearly update, though they seem nice enough. Worked here for years and I'm 100% sure CEO wouldn't know my name.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-Organise social events to get staff mixing, even if it's just a charity bakesale in the kitchen
-Reward hardworking staff with better pay - at the moment working at Precise feels hopeless, and an office in Zone 1 is expensive for most to get to

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
