    Pros

Fixing and learning about watches is really fun. Seeing new and different watches that come into the store from the customers is really interesting. Precision Time has a great setup for that. Excellent opportunity to learn actual sales strategies.

    Cons

They overcharge for most of the basic services they offer, and the customers hate it. The employment system is garbage. The only reason I stayed there as long as I did was because my manager knew it to and was pretty cool guy to help mitigate it the atrocity that is corporate. No growth opportunity. Shrinking commission structure. Minimum wage pay doesn't match work. No real reward for hitting impossible sales goal unless you're a manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fix the BUSINESS side of things. The weak training programs and poorly functioning website is indicative of your lack of care for anything beyond your paycheck. Which includes your bottom line employees, where your sales ACTUALLY happen. Good workers make good sales. Great incentives and compensation make great salesman. Your product line is really good; ADVERTISE it. Your high service prices, while indicative of the quality of work you do on watches, needs to be competitively priced.

Lastly, I think the one opportunity missed most is the opportunity to educate oneself on watch making. Offer to partially pay for watch making school to high potential employees. A sizeable team hand making your existing product line in America with swiss techniques would make your product explode instead of careless Chinese imports.
