    I have been working at Precyse Solutions full-time (more than an year)


    Great opportunity to broaden my HIM skills. The company has a great reputation in the healthcare arena. Consistent work.


    All travel to and from the client is done on your personal time. My last two clients were over 1000 miles from my home. I would lose 16-20 hours of my time to go home, and that's when all the flights would go off perfectly.

    Not much one-on-one interaction with management, even if you are having a work issue they wait days to return calls or emails.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Regularly scheduled one-on-one time with a manager is important to ensure we are all on the same page and are receiving performance feedback. The clients need to be called for customer feedback as well as potential sales.
