    I have been working at Preferred Hotel Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great place to experience working within a global community. Great leadership in a business-savvy President who wants the company to grow business-wise and have a positive moral internally.

    Cons

    There are a few micro-managers within the company who make it hard to take responsibility and work independently. Some areas and departments could use restructuring to even out case loads among associates and organize work processes better.

    Organize work processes and departments to better utilize the skills and expertise of the associates. Give the associates a chance to move up within the company, growing and learning new skills.
