I have been working at Premiere Global Services full-time

    Pros

Fun people to work with and lots of interesting projects to work on. Lots of opportunity to work with new technology for those that are motivated. Some employees can work from home at least part time.

    Cons

No 401k match. Hiring process too slow. $50 Christmas bonus is the norm. Outstanding employees can get a 4-5% merit increase while everyone else gets 3%. Merit increases happen every couple of years, even though its supposed to be yearly. There is very little reason to stand out as a high performer at this company. This company does not have the ability to focus on a core set of problems. Some projects that should only take a few months have been going on for years due to lack of focus.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This company has lots of potential! Reward the people you don't want to lose! 401k matching is required to hire skilled folks. Low merit increases are fine if there is a generous quarterly bonus program and opportunities to advance. Management needs to provided direction and resources to get projects done!
