    Pros

    Some of the best immediate supervisors I've ever worked with, interesting and often enjoyable work.

    Cons

    Schedule is very difficult for anyone with family, health issues, or any kind of life outside of the workplace.

    Advice to Management

    High turnover is probably tied to stress regarding scheduling practices. It's not really fair to expect Customer Care staff to be available 24/7 when management, office staff, etc. work "bankers' hours".
