    I have been working at Prime Communications full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    I've been here for a little over 4 years and have built rapport w and retained a huge customer base.

    Cons

    This company IS A FRAUD!! I am managing basically 2 locations because of changes being made and I am not seeing ANY positive ones! It seems that the owners and upper management are simply USING us as much as possible then terminating anyone who doesn't agree with the way they swindle customers. District managers make promises they do not keep, and although I have always been a man of my word, I have been forced to lie to customers, change thousands of Sim cards in order to raise the WTR scores (since customers are so unhappy with their screwed up bills and giving us bad scores), add insurance on EVERY new act or upgrade telling customers it's a "courtesy" for 30 days etc.......REDICULOUS! Just lost 2 sales today because we are told we CANNOT SELL 2 year activations out of the safe but must have them mailed to the customers. (in order to keep NEXT % up) Again so that upper management can meet their goals. Some instances we have been told to tell customers we NO LONGER SELL 2 YEAR CONTRACTS! (another lie) I had a man come into my store who was going to California the next day to see his son graduate and I was told by my upper management that I was to have them shipped regardless. I was even able to close him on 2 tablet bundles but lost the entire sale because he needed the phones THEN before he left. (They were in the safe and couldn't sell them ) TOP TIER data is another issue!! We are told that we are graded on this metric so anyone who doesn't say " it's a "courtesy " to prevent overages, and you can remove it after 30 days by using your MYATT app, we automatically put it on all new acts and upgrades to help YOU prevent overages," can lose their bonus or commission. Why would I do this to a customer KNOWING it will cause their bill to go up? Even if I know they're on a fixed income!! (As long as upper management gets paid, who cares right?) Lastly one of my locations is a kiosk, alot of traffic but hectic! I don't have time to stop and beg a customer to buy Digital life when there are tons of ppl in line. We had one MASTER DIGITAL LIFE sales person and they terminated her from the company because to tried to vindicate herself from false accusations. We have a new pay plan every month and now digital life is added knowing nobody hardly ever sells it.
