I worked at Prime Visibility full-time (more than an year)

Cool office, they try to tout themselves as a on the pulse agency which is a good thing, but is the farthest from. Some nice people there.

Most of the time, it feels like you are working at a daycare center. They think that as a "special treat" giving an hour off the day before a holiday weekend is the best thing in the world. No direction, upper level management is seriously clueless and heaven forbid you mention a new idea! They lead by strategy? How can you lead by strategy when your methods are from the 1980's? Clients were starting to realize it, and no one wanted to sign on. Upper level management has attitude problems, and if you aren't in the clique, you'll go fast. Possibly the worst micromanagers in the world. Saw president three to four times while there. By the way, this job is not in NYC, you'll be required to commute to Long Island at least three days a week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees! Stop thinking you know everything under the sun, SERIOUSLY. Your days of working for other agencies 10 years ago is completely different from now a days. Realize what other companies are doing and follow the model. Stop wasting countless hours on a question and come up with an answer.
