    I worked at PrimePay full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Strong business with dedicated clients; Some of the people are great to work with; Standard PTO

    Cons

    Extreme micro-management. Receptionist writes down each time you leave and enter the building; one of the top people walks around to check thermostats and drink cups.for lids; cameras all over the building; no 401k matching; rampant nepotism; terrible work-life balance; managers concerned for themselves rather than their teams.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give the employees some space to do their jobs and get rid of the cameras.
