    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Princeton Information full-time (Less than a year)

Good salary; friendly POCs; don't require constant reporting about the assignment; semi-annual lunches/treats

Very basic medical plan from no-name insurer; not eligible for medical until after 60+ days; no dental; no employer matching for 401k; disorganized "orientation"; very stringent in their expectations for their consultants while on assignment (even though consultants for other groups aren't held to the same); not straightforward about contract length and renewal process for consultants

    Advice to Management

Check in on consultants once a month; be very straightforward that it's contract-only work, how long the contracts last, term limits, etc.; stop raising medical co-pays; provide consultant expectations for work site at orientation instead of smacking hands because the person didn't know any better
