    Pros

Vibrant, passionate professionals and a leadership focused on iterating constantly towards the goal of growing the business. Very smart colleagues and a strong sense of mission: helping students reach the next step in their academic careers. Skills transfer between offices should you relocate. Upper management communicates changes effectively. Business does a great job of trainings its teacher pool.

    Cons

The on-boarding process can be improved, and individuals in customer-facing roles who aren't already experienced in test preparation face a steep learning curve.
