    Pros

    Generally flexible about work hours, good people, relaxed atmosphere.

    Cons

    Understaffed, lack of cohesive management, lack of singular company vision, health plan isn't great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do fewer projects, and pick what's most important NOW. Since corporate is understaffed on purpose, you have to choose what happens when, because it's not possible to do it all immediately. This is made worse by a lack of communication between middle/senior management. It regularly felt like there was absolutely no unified plan, just a bunch of goals and a bunch of different people trying to achieve them in different ways.
