    I have been working at Princeton Review part-time (less than an year)


    The best things are the flexibility and the potential for growth. You are sent a list of potential sessions and if you answer quickly with your choices, you get assignments. It also seems that there is potential for growth--more training to teach courses. Office staff also pretty pleasant.


    The major con is low hourly pay. However, I'm a proctor; if I train to be an instructor, it goes up. Still pretty low, though. Overall rating would be higher if pay was higher.
