    Pros

You can get paid with very little training.

    Cons

The only way to get things done at TPR is to get the students to complain, because they completely ignore what their teachers say. They pay you almost nothing for lesson prep, and there is nowhere near enough time to teach the material in the lessons. I don't know how they reserve their rooms, but unless it's at their headquarters, it is an absolute mess.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, design your lessons better
