I worked at Princeton Review full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Overall a very flexible environment in terms of hours and formality. Most employees are great to work with, as tutoring seems to draw intelligent and proactive folks. Ample opportunities to explore other roles and offices within the company should you so desire, but this is usually accomplished through lateral movement or additional part-time work rather than promotions.

    Cons

Your overall experience will probably depend heavily on the local support staff's competence. Technology use and implementation could be considered laughable if it weren't so sad (there seems to be a proper plan to fix this though). Training for full-timers can be rather anemic at times. Forget specializing: every role seems to overlap with every other in an office. Probably will be required to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis.
