Fast growing company and a good learning experience

Very disappointing benefits, holidays, and PTO days. I have never seen a company offering only 6 days of annual holidays which is way below the industry standards. The medical premiums are very high and the benefits are not even close to a decent plan. The annual raises and bonuses are completely unsatisfactory. There is absolutely no flexibility and work-life balance is awful. They expect you to be at calls with India late at nights and early in the mornings and offer no flexibility in work hours or options to work remotely. The management never shares any information on company's growth vision and there is absolutely no transparency.

    Advice to Management

The benefits, holidays/time-off need to be drastically improved in order to retain good talent. If you do not offer flexibility no one would stick around when every other company is offering more and more flexible work culture. Open the doors of communication because employees want to know where the company is going.
