The benefits are very good. An extremely strong balance sheet provides stability. Some very good front line employees.

As long as you are the CEO's buddy and especially if you work in underwriting then you're golden - even if you are not very good at your job. Most of the executive and senior management team members are not leaders and are not capable of successfully moving the company into the future. Politics and posturing is all they can addition to drinking a lot. Several talented people have left or been forced out of this company in the past few years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do what is right for the company and its clients!!!!!!! Stop hiring your relatives.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
