    Current Employee - Rehab

I have been working at ProStep Rehabilitation full-time (more than an year)

Good benefits when I started; co-workers were great; easy commuter documentation; reimbursement for license and professional fees; pay was competitive

Prostep will be sold or taken over by another rehab company in March 2015; the company has been rapid decline in the last 2 years with more focus on productivity and micromanaging every minute with residents; it's a daily focus; poor communication within the facility which seems to be a diliberate act as to keep residents from being discharged; and poor communication within the company. Benefits were good but eventually they started rapidly eroding

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I know this is unlikely, but don't run the new company into the ground like u did this one....
