    I worked at ProTrans International

    Pros

    Decent company to work for and they are nice people I guess. The salary is not the greatest and they seem to always have something better to do with their time. It seems that they are going to run out of business in the next few years because of competition. Human Resources never has any contact with the employees and the direction of the company does bot seem to be going very far. I did like middle management and believe that they can have a great impact on sales and overall customer service. Decent company but glad I moved on to different opportunities.

    Cons

    Upper management never had contact with other employees and seemed to be doomed from the start. Sales department was weak and could have used more experience and talent in the department. I do think that they were decent to work for but overall I am glad I moved on to bigger and better things. Daily processes in the operations department were lacked efficiency and the company did not take on very many lean practices. It seemed that customers usually received the freight late and the company never did a whole lot to improve on these accountabilities. Decent experience but like I said glad to be working for a better company.
