    Pros

Paid internship including travel and lodging expenses depending on your location
    Clear path of advancement
    Interns can buy employee stock
Great atmosphere and most people are willing to help you
The intern program is like a well oiled machine, everything gets done in a timely manner

    Cons

Multiple levels of management means it could sometimes be bureaucratic and thus hard to get things done quickly
There's a lot of focus on the stock price (which can be a good thing but in this case it was bad)

    Advice to Management

Continue to be helpful and treat interns like real employees. Be honest with interns trying to work full time on the job availabilities
