I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Real responsibility from day one. Good trainings, new challenges every week, good work life balance, compensation and benefits.

    Cons

Your progress depends highly on your manager. In case your manager is not motivated to sign the team up for new projects you will find it hard to get noticed. Once they hire you it is hard to get fired, Even though someone's incompetence is clearly visible. In these cases managers rather try to get a new assignment for the employee at an other department then act.

    Advice to Management

Change the system in a way, that not your whole career depends on one manager. Don't be so soft handed. In case of serious mismanagement don't be afraid to fire someone.
