    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

    Pros

    Challenging work plans
    Multi-functional collaboration is encouraged
Leadership roles are given to younger employees (<2 years)
Economies of Scale allow for huge cost savings opportunities

    Cons

Location (Cincinnati is the only option for most R&D-ers)
Management of satellite technical centers is sub-par
No formal technical training plan (based on 1:1 coaching)
Lack of transparency in upcoming roles

    Advice to Management

Drive for specificity when drafting the work plans of new hires. Make sure that all of your employees are working on things that are important to the ongoing business strategy. Provide more support and career management to those employees who do not start out in Cincinnati or one of the larger technical centers.
