I worked at Procter & Gamble as an intern (less than a year)

Great benefits and a great place to work. The open floor plan and no assigned seating in the head quarters in Cincinnati is great allows for a unique flexible working environment.

Some times it is hard to get answers in for a problem in a company of this size. The amount of email you get is excessive but bearable. Everyone is very connected, which is a good thing, but sometimes the number of meetings is too much and sometimes, people will attend your meeting and another meeting via lync messaging. Which makes communications less effective.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be so resistant to change and technology. Things do not have to look the same to feel the same. Especially in regards to the internal intranet and the new applications UI standards.
