    I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time


    Great training, good exposure, good brand to have on your cv


    Under pay by industry standard, built from within means that 1) harder to progress unless the company is expanding (which is not the case for P&G for the last couple of years), 2) people think very similarly, always slow to react to new trend, 3) you need to be a certain type of person to progress in the company

    Advice to Management

    Really embrace the diversity of people, if someone that is strong on certain area, make it easier for them to move roles within P&g
