Good if you're desperate for 40 hours, pleasant office, and benefits. Don't bother if you have opinions and vision.

Comfortable offices in downtown Atlanta. Frequent perks of fruit, outings to entertainment, extra day off. High level of customer service for members. Many dedicated/good employees in the ranks.

30+% turnover in one year. Leadership has very limited project and people management knowledge and it shows throughout. Due to sense of paranoia at the top, presenting differing views or asking too many questions undermines trust. Performance reviews are stuck at "meets expectations" with no desire to have employees excel. Bonus and salary increase are equally distributed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take an honest assessment of excessive turnover and why morale is so low. Take better care of your high potentials and top performers or they will continue to go to your competitors. Take a hard look at core business competencies and drop those that are a drain. Stop the mixed messages of supposedly respecting your employees, yet maintaining such a level of distrust that you actively monitor communications.
