Great work for the city of Philadelphia and the mission is great, to end poverty and homelessness in Philadelphia. Most of the middle management and other regular staff is amazing.

They work you way to hard. if there is a job description, its outdated, and ever-changing. They make you wear many many hats and don't compensate you at a fair rate. probably the worst pay rates in the city of Philadelphia's non profit organizations, yet they run on a 20+million dollar budget

    Advice to Management

Keep up with your employees, be more caring of them and the work-life balance. this is overlooked and creates a grudge against management.
