    I have been working at Prometric full-time (more than a year)


    The people I worked with in the Candidate Care Call Center were really great
    It was like a small family environment and some of us are still friends now. I was offered A LOT of overtime


    They do not value employees in their call centers. The yearly "raises" are a joke (10-20 cents at a time) and the opportunity for growth is very slim. Upper management is not diverse at all as there were NO ethnic faces beyond the position of supervisor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try to be more diverse in upper management. Provide people the opportunity to make it into upper management with hard work. Compensate employees more fairly, No one cal survive on $13 an hour
