Competitive Salaries and Great Bonus structure if you are in the right departments. They are very serious about lunch and rest breaks. There are some very good staff who are devoted and hard working and provide excellent customer service.
Upper management hires only within their own network. Lower level employees are seen only as expendable workers. The culture is about write-ups and incident reports as opposed to cooperation and team work. There seems to be a movement within administration to be less culturally diverse (at the top levels) and keep the diversity at the lower end.
Advice to Management
Micro-management is not the way to increase productivity. Many believe that polishing and developing your current employees is more cost effective than hiring new people. Be more open to suggestions and trust the opinions of all your employees not just the select few.
