    I worked at Property Solutions International

    Pros

    I know for a fact that the executive team asked upper management to submit 5 star reviews and help pull up the average.

    To steal someone else's words, this is a great place to get experience for your next job. There is potential for growth, but you have to play the cards and make the right people like you to get it done.

    Cons

    There is a lot of good about PSI, but there is a lot of sophomoric bull. The executive team is immature and does not know how to govern. The hire well, but you have no clue how long those people will stay.

    To repeat, the executive team asked upper management to submit 5 star reviews and help pull up the average. Beware of fake reviews.

    The worst thing about PSI is that the loyalty is completely one-sided. They talk about loyalty to the company a lot but you will not feel loyalty back. They will drive you into the ground with work.

    They have very little insight into who works hard and who does not. Some people are amazing and work non-stop while others cruise by under the radar. Management has a tough time knowing which workers are which. It is getting better, but still has a long way to go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop allowing emotions and pride push your decisions. DELEGATE! Learn how to give people control and trust them. Take outside capital to pay people well and stop pretending you are a start-up, because you are not. Focus on being a good employer and your people will push you over the hump you are at. Stop driving your employees into the ground or more and more will leave.
