Very unstable company that has yet to generate profit, was bankrupt in 2010, & is surviving on Govt & Investor funding.

    I worked at Proterra full-time

Cool Intellectual Property and Concept of Eco-Friendly Public Transportation. Compensation was Standard - Good.

Company Not Aligned between different departments, no job security, Revolving Management with different Business models. I worked there for 6 months and saw 2 CEOs, 2 CFOs, 2 VP of Sales, 2 VP Marketing, & 2 Plant Managers. Each time management / leadership changed, so did the organizational chart/structure. Redevelopment and Realignment cost people their jobs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

STABILIZE STABILIZE STABILIZE. Focus on one thing and do it well vs. moving on to newer versions when there's problems with the current bus.
