    Healthcare benefits are adequate.

Office politics and the conduct of managers are both unprofessional. Salaries are frozen, little room for growth and promotions. Lacks sustainability. High turn-over reflects poor management, mistreatment of employees and low wages.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review ethical policies, provide professional development opportunities for staff, pay salaries reflective of state averages. HR needs to be accountable and should lack favoritism. Management behavior towards other employees and Executive Director should be managed to be more appropriate and respectful.
